Based on these key questions about our existence, the book explores, from the Islamic perspective, how a harmonic relationship between man and the universe exists, and how a balance between the needs of the soul and the needs of the body is established. The reasons for inner peace and spiritual tranquility, as rooted in Islam, will also be closely examined.
